Quotes & estimates
Quotes provided through this website or by phone are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before service begins. A quote is not a contract, and either party may decline to proceed.
Scheduling & access
We ask for reasonable access to your home or business at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. Repeated same-day cancellations may incur a fee, which will always be communicated in advance.
Our guarantee
If any part of a scheduled clean doesn’t meet the written checklist for your home, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no charge. This guarantee covers the agreed scope of work; it is not a general warranty against conditions outside that scope.
Liability
A Clean Space LLC is insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, notify us within 48 hours and we will make it right through repair, replacement, or our insurance carrier. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or inherently fragile items not disclosed to us.
