Service Areas

Based in Amelia. At home across eight counties.

We drive these roads every day. If your county is below, you’re in the radius — and if you’re just past the edge of it, call anyway. The answer is usually yes.

Amelia County

Amelia is home base — we live here, and we clean here the way you'd hope a neighbor would. Farmhouses with a century of character, brick ranches off 360, and newer builds on family land all clean differently, and after enough years on these roads we know the difference: red-clay dust from gravel drives, well-water spots on every fixture, and mudrooms that earn the name.

Powhatan County

Powhatan is where country meets commute — bigger newer homes on acreage, families driving into Richmond every morning, and not enough hours left over for four bathrooms and three thousand square feet. Recurring cleaning does its best work in exactly this situation, and Powhatan is one of our busiest counties for it.

Midlothian & Western Chesterfield

Western Chesterfield's newer communities — Hallsley, Magnolia Green, Westerleigh, and the neighborhoods filling in along Otterdale Road — are full of large family homes, fast-moving real estate, and two-income households where cleaning help isn't a luxury, it's how the calendar balances. It's the most suburban edge of our service area and a short drive up 360 from home base.

Cumberland County

Cumberland is quiet, wooded, and spread out — older farmhouses, hunting properties, and river places near Cartersville that sit closed up for weeks at a time. Homes like that need a different kind of cleaning: seasonal deep cleans that clear months of settling dust, and opening-up visits before family arrives, more than a weekly wipe-down.

Nottoway County

Nottoway runs on its towns — Blackstone's historic Main Street, Crewe's railroad-town grid, and Burkeville at the crossroads — plus the steady rotation of military families around Fort Barfoot. That mix gives our work here two speeds: regular house cleaning in town, and inspection-grade move-out cleans every PCS season.

Farmville & Prince Edward County

Farmville turns over every May and August — two colleges' worth of student rentals changing hands, plus the faculty and professional households that keep the town running year-round. Landlords here need fast, reliable turnover cleans in bulk; homeowners need a service that shows up on the same schedule in February that it promised in September.

Communities

Downtown Farmville · Longwood University area · Hampden-Sydney · Rice · Route 15 corridor

Goochland County

Goochland's homes lean large and private — estate properties around Manakin-Sabot, horse farms with guest quarters, and river-corridor houses where the housekeeping standard is set high and discretion is part of the job. We take a small number of Goochland homes so the ones we take get the attention they expect.

Dinwiddie County

Dinwiddie is our southeastern flank — rural homes and family land between Amelia and Petersburg, lake houses along the Chesdin shore, and small businesses strung along Route 460. It cleans a lot like home: well water, long drives, real seasons, and people who want a cleaner they can wave at in town.
