One Visit, No Strings

One-Time Cleaning

A single, thorough clean when you need one — before the in-laws land, after the season that got away from you, or as a first look at our work before you commit to anything recurring.

One Clean, When You Need It

Some cleans don't need a schedule — they need a date. Company coming this weekend, a holiday you're hosting, a new baby, a stretch of overtime that let the house slide, getting your footing back after being sick. A one-time clean exists for exactly those moments: you book a visit, we do the work, and nobody signs you up for anything.

A one-time clean is our full standard checklist done properly in a single visit — kitchen scrubbed, bathrooms disinfected, floors done to the corners, surfaces dusted, beds made. It is not a deep clean: if your home actually needs the intensive reset — years of buildup, inside appliances, baseboards, grout — we'll say so before we quote, and point you to a deep clean instead of selling you the wrong visit.

We clean this way across Amelia, Powhatan, Midlothian, Cumberland, and the counties between. Plenty of our recurring clients started with one visit to see how we work. And if one clean is genuinely all you need, that's all we'll sell you.

How It Works

How a One-Time Clean Works

Tell Us the Occasion

What's happening, when it's happening, and what matters most — then we quote the visit honestly, including whether what you're describing is really a deep-clean job.

Pick the Date

We schedule backwards from your deadline. Short notice is welcome — call us, and if we can make the date work, we will.

The Full Checklist, Once

Your home gets the same written standard our recurring clients get — not a lite version, not a rushed one. Done in a single visit.

No Strings Attached

You don't owe us a next visit. If you liked the work and want a schedule, you know where we are — and your first clean already set the standard.

Our Standard

Why One-Time Clients Call Us

Built Around Your Date

One-time cleans usually have a reason and a deadline. We schedule to the day you need, not the slot that suits a route plan.

The Full Standard, Not a Lite Version

One visit gets the same written checklist and the same walkthrough-it-yourself finish as our recurring service. There is no second-tier clean here.

A Mother-Daughter Team

Your clean is done by Amber, the owner, and her mom — over 20 years of combined experience, and you know exactly who's in your home.

Septic & Well Safe Products

We bring everything, and all of it is safe for the wells and septic systems most homes around Amelia run on.

Honest Recommendations

If what your home really needs is a deep clean — or nothing at all — we'll say so before we quote. The wrong visit helps nobody.

No Contracts, No Pressure

One clean means one clean. No subscription, no follow-up sales calls — just a clean house and our number if you ever want another.
