Yes. A Clean Space is fully insured and bonded, and everyone who works in your home has been background-checked. We're happy to provide proof of insurance on request — landlords and property managers ask all the time, and we like that they do.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No — we bring everything: vacuums, mops, cloths, and all cleaning products. If you prefer we use a specific product you already own (a favorite floor cleaner, a special stone-counter spray), just leave it out and let us know.

Are your products safe for well water and septic systems?

Yes. Most homes we clean around Amelia run on wells and septic systems, so this is built into how we work. We use septic-safe products as our standard kit, and our routines account for the hard-water buildup that well water leaves on fixtures and glass.

What about my pets?

We love them, and we work around them. Tell us about your animals when you book — who's friendly, who hides, and any gates or doors that need to stay closed. We use pet-safe products and we're careful about doors and fences, every visit.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most of our clients aren't. Many give us a key, a garage code, or a smart-lock code — all handled carefully and never shared. We text before we arrive and confirm when we're done and locked up. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too.

Biweekly is the most popular rhythm — it keeps a home consistently clean at a reasonable cost. Weekly suits busy households, pets, and allergy sufferers; monthly works as a reset between your own upkeep. We'll recommend honestly based on your home, and you can change frequency anytime.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A regular clean maintains: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces on a consistent checklist. A deep clean resets: baseboards, ceiling fans, window tracks, vents, inside appliances, and the buildup a maintenance clean isn't scoped for. Most new recurring clients start with a deep clean so every visit after maintains that standard.

Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?

That's the goal. We clean empty homes to checkout-inspection standard — inside cabinets and appliances, baseboards, floors, all of it — and we'll clean to your landlord's specific checklist if you send it. On request, we photograph the finished work so you have documentation.

How far in advance should I book?

A week or two ahead is usually comfortable for one-time cleans; recurring clients hold a standing slot. Move-out cleans on a deadline and short-notice requests are welcome — call us, and if we can make the date work, we will.

How does payment work?

You'll get the price in writing before we start — flat-rate, not an open-ended hourly meter. We accept cards, checks, and electronic payment, and recurring clients can set up automatic billing. Specific terms are always confirmed with your quote.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas in question, free. We'd rather fix something immediately than lose your trust slowly. It's also why we do walkthroughs on deep cleans and move-out cleans before we leave.
